The marriage since inception had been fraught with controversies including allegations that Duru was married to a white woman prior to him taking Okoye as his life partner.Another situation that set tongues wagging was the fact that the two barely cohabited as man and wife. With Okoye spending more time in Nigeria and London, it was no surprise when it became glaring that the marriage had failed after two kids.

Shan George In addition to being an actress and musician, mulatto beauty, Shan George is notorious for her affiliation with younger men among who was Okey Bakassi. Married twice in the past, her desperate attempts to settle down to matrimony is well known although she has not achieved any tangible success.

Soul E As the fate of his music career hangs in the balance, Emmanuel Okose aka Soul E must be lamenting his sole marriage to Queen Urea Keizer. She is13 years older than him and not a few people were stunned when he made a public pronouncement of his love for the former top banker. Subsequently she became his manager while he quit his former label unceremoniously. The ill fated affair suffered a hitch which caused the duo to look in different directions.

Ngozi Nwosu Fondly called Ije Kpoms, Ngozi Nwosu’s short-lived marriage to a Badagry native lasted only three years before they decided to call it quits. Still unmarried till date, her last marriage was not blessed with the fruit of the womb before it packed up. An old hand in the industry, the star actress made her debut appearance in the film Living in Bondage. Her six-year stint as Peace, in Fuji House of Commotion also earned her immeasurable fame and recognition.

Bukky Wright A mother of two boys, Bukky Wright is another actress who has distinguished herself in the make-believe industry, courtesy of her award-winning acting skills.Famous for her good looks, it was not enough to sustain her marriage which went downhill. Subsequent attempts to re-live matrimony have been met with a brick wall. Not even her well reported romance with Bolaji Basia could provide the much sought-after succour.
