1. Only players registered with African Chess federation are eligible to win the sattelite ticket to the millionaire chess open in Las vegas U.S.A
2. The Overall Winner shall be responsible for his own Visa arrangements , but will be assisted with letter of invitation
3.If any winner of MC-KCFA Satellite event wins a Cash prize during the Millionaire chess Open, The entry fee to the tournament to a maximum of USD 1000) will be recovered from the winnings and the net amount paid out .
Step by step guide to registering for the Lagos millionaire chess satellite festival 2015.
1. Select the section you wish to play in (rated, unrated or under 16.)
2. Pay the registration fee (rated N5000, unrated N3000, under 16 N1000.) into the Nigeria Chess Federation Zenith bank account 1011619584
3. Join the event on the facebook page created for online registration @ Lagos Millionaire Chess Satellite Festival 2015 https://www.facebook.com/events/853421344728041/
4. Comment on the facebook page by stating your name and section you wish to participate in.
5. Come to the venue with 2 passport photographs for Identity card and registration form.
6. Rated section begins 10th June 2015, Unrated and Under 16 sections begin 13th June 2015.
7. Registration is on first- come-first- served basis as venue can accommodate a limited number of players (140 rated and unrated players, 30 under 16 players).
8. The organizer will provide chess sets for all participants so players are required to come with chess clocks only.
9. All players wishing to play in the rated section must have FIDE Id.
10. Entries for rated section close 6pm 8th June 2015. Round one pairings will be on chess-results.com 9th June 2015
11. Entries for unrated and under 16 section close 6pm 11th June 2015. Round one pairings will be on chess-results.com 12th June 2015
